By November 25, a day before the Thanksgivings holiday, we analyzed the final three choices might be finished this Coup d’etat – The 2020 U.S. Presidential Race – if President Trump determines to “fight” in the end.
(1) First Choices: The Normal Supreme Court or Circuit Court decision. Since the Chief Justice of Supreme Court has decided the assignment of the Circuit Court (A Coup d’etat – The 2020 U.S. Presidential Race -Special: The Circuit Assignment, on November 20, 2020), the Circuit Court might make the final decision. It means that without going to the Supreme Court, the case might be finished. Please take a look the analysis of the Circuit Assignment on November 20. In the light of this choice, both parties might be hurt each other because a lot of evidence will be revealed into the public.
(2) Second Choice: The Contingent Election decision. By January 3, 2021, neither Trump nor Biden cannot achieve 270 electoral college (A Coup d’etat – The 2020 U.S. Presidential Race -9: Contingent Election for Trump, on November 22, 2020), it will go to the house representatives to choose the President of United States. Each state has ONE vote! Since the Republican occupied over 26 states, Trump might win. Both parties will be hurt each other badly.
(3) Third Choice: The FISA/FISC Court decision. Since foreign powers, at least 4 countries (A Coup d’etat – The 2020 U.S. Presidential Race -Special: International Criminal Organization, on November 23, 2020), have interfered into the 2020 U.S. presidential race, the result of this race should go to the military court (A Coup d’etat – The 2020 U.S. Presidential Race ―SUPER-SPECIAL: The Role of the FISA/FISC Court, on November 24, 2020). Sydney Powell is registered as a MILITRY LAWYER, according to the Marshall Report (November 23, 2020), and is the ONLY one who can prosecute TREASON at a TRIBUNAL; the FISA/FISC (details see on November 24 blog) will make the final decision of the presidential race. In this way, both Democrats and Republicans will not be hurt at all since the court is secret. Nothing will be leaked out.
