The leftists, such as Andrew Cuomo has tried to use the COVID-19 as main excuse to restrict churches gatherings. The leftists’ order has violented the First Amendment of the constitution — “The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition.” Governor Cuomo has issued the order to the “seize of religious gatherings in red and orange zones violated their freedoms under the First Amendment.”
